Vynacol PVC colour masterbatch business continues apace with the introduction of a new generation of products including prill – spherical beads typically 1 to 1.4 mm diameter.
In-house PVC compounders will find prill mixes exceptionally well with powder blends. As such it has the potential to offer significant colouration and processing benefits in certain applications. A carrier system in prill form is also under development.
These new materials will be manufactured on a Leistritz ZSE 50MAXX extruder with "state of the art" segmented barrels and screws plus a GALA pelletizer, plate heat exchanger water system and dryer. |
